How custom orders work

1. Tell us your vision. Share your outfit photos, colour palette, ceremony and wedding date via WhatsApp or our contact form.
2. Get a design proposal. Within 48 hours, our team sends you a mood board, materials list and quote.
3. Approve & pay 50%. Once you sign off on the design, we start crafting. Balance is due before shipping.
4. Updates as we craft. You'll get photos at key stages so there are no surprises.
5. Doorstep delivery. Fully insured, tracked shipping anywhere in the world.

Lead times

• Standard custom orders: 3–4 weeks
• Rush orders: 10–14 days (subject to availability, surcharge may apply)
• Full bridal trousseau: 6–8 weeks

We strongly recommend placing custom orders at least 6 weeks before your first wedding function.
