Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Artisanal Variance: As our jewelry is handmade using unique elements, slight variations in petal arrangement, color, or texture are expected and are considered a mark of authentic artisanal quality rather than a defect.

  • Damaged Goods: In the rare event that an item is received in a damaged state during transit, we offer a replacement of the same design.

    • Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

  • Hygiene Standards: For the safety and hygiene of all our brides, intimate items such as earrings, nose rings, and hair accessories are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.
