Every Zayra Pearls order ships with full tracking. Here's how to follow yours from our studio to your doorstep.
Step 1 — Check your inbox
Within 24–48 hours of dispatch, you'll receive an email titled "Your Zayra Pearls order is on its way" with your tracking number and courier name. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you can't find it.
Step 2 — Track via your courier
Click the tracking link in your shipping email, or use the tables below:

Standard delivery timelines
- India: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–12 business days after dispatch
- UAE, Singapore, GCC: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Custom & bespoke pieces are made-to-order — dispatch begins after the crafting period (typically 3–4 weeks). Your shipping email will arrive only once the piece is ready to ship.
What if I'm not home?
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel returns to the nearest hub for pickup. Always provide a phone number you can be reached on at checkout.
