Standard delivery timelines

Once your order is dispatched via Regular Delivery, here's when to expect it:

India: 8–15 business days
USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 12–20business days
UAE, Singapore, GCC: 10–18 business days
Rest of world: 12–20business days

Custom & bespoke pieces are made-to-order — dispatch begins after the crafting period. You'll receive a shipping email the moment your piece leaves our studio.

Can't find your order?

A few things to check:

Are you using the same email you entered at checkout? (Check your order confirmation email.)
Look in your spam / promotions folder for the login link from Shopify.
Custom orders only show tracking after the crafting period — until then, the order will show as "unfulfilled" which is normal.
