Products & materials

What materials do you use?

Our bridal pieces are crafted using premium floral resin, sea-shell pearls, freshwater pearls, kundan stones, polki, gold-plated brass and hand-beaded threadwork. All materials are skin-safe and tested for Indian wedding climates.

Are your pieces real gold?

No. Our jewellery is fashion bridal jewellery — gold-plated brass with semi-precious detailing. It's designed to look stunning in wedding photos and last for years with proper care, without the price tag of fine gold jewellery.

Will the colours match my outfit exactly?

For ready-to-ship pieces, colours are as shown in photos. For custom orders, send us your outfit photos and we'll colour-match precisely.

Sizing & fit

How do I know my bangle size?

Measure the widest part of your hand (knuckle to knuckle when fingers are squeezed together). Standard Indian bangle sizes:

2.4 — XS (palm 6.5–7 cm)
2.6 — Small (palm 7.5–8 cm)
2.8 — Medium (palm 8.5 cm)
2.10 — Large (palm 9 cm+)

Do your kaleere fit all wrist sizes?

Yes — kaleere come with adjustable hook fittings that work on any bangle stack.

Custom orders

How long do custom orders take?

Standard custom orders take 3–4 weeks. Full bridal trousseaus take 6–8 weeks. Rush orders may be possible — please ask before ordering.

Can I customise a piece I see on the site?

Yes — almost every design can be tweaked for colour, size or charm combinations. Message us with the product link and the changes you'd like.

Is there a minimum order for custom?

No minimum. We craft single pieces (e.g. just a haldi kaleera) and full bridal trousseaus equally happily.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — to India, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore and most of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

India: 3–5 business days · International: 7–15 business days. See full timelines on the Track Order page.

Is shipping insured?

Yes. All international shipments and orders above ₹5,000 in India ship fully insured.

Returns & care

What's your return policy?

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Custom & bespoke orders are non-returnable as each piece is made-to-order, but we offer free corrections for any size or finish issue.

How do I care for floral resin pieces?

Store in the cloth pouch provided, avoid direct sunlight for long periods, and keep away from perfume and water. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth between wears.
